Watson Clinic recognizes one outstanding team member every month as part of their Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award. The PEER Award is given to a team member who best exemplifies the patient-focused customer service standards that Watson Clinic strives to excel at every day. The following team member was recognized for this current month:

Clare Bibby - April
Clare Bibby, a licensed practical nurse in the office of Rheumatology specialist Spencer A. Motley, MD at Watson Clinic Main in Lakeland, was recently named the recipient of the PEER award for the month of April. Clare has been with the Clinic for over four years, and is known for her understanding, compassion, preparedness, and for always going out of her way to help patients and co-workers.

As PEER Award winner, Clare received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot and a gift certificate to the Medical Spa at Watson Clinic.
