As the world wages a vigilant fight against the spread of COVID-19, Watson Clinic understands you have concerns about your own personal healthcare needs. All Clinic locations remain open for in-person patient appointments, but we've also introduced several new options that allow patients to keep up with their regular appointments without having to leave the comfort of their homes.*
- Video Visits – Using your personal MyChart patient portal account, you can now schedule a virtual video visit with your physician. This platform allows for valuable face-time with your doctor, a smooth and consistent care process, and an unparalleled level of convenience.
- Telephone Conversations – Arrange a telephone call with your doctor or medical provider to discuss your needs or concerns.
- Patient Portal Communications – Communicate directly with your doctor’s office through private messaging on the MyChart Patient Portal. In order to qualify for this option, the patient must attach a relevant picture or document in their communications (i.e., an image of affected region or scanned document of latest blood pressure reading, etc.)
