Watson Clinic recognizes one outstanding employee every month as part of their Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award. The PEER Award is given to an employee who best exemplifies the patient-focused customer service standards that Watson Clinic strives to excel at every day. The following employee was recognized for this current month:
Danielle Chislett – August 2022
Danielle Chislett, LPN, a licensed practical nurse at Watson Clinic, was recently named the recipient of the Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award for the month of August. Danielle has been with the Clinic over 22 years, and spent most of her career in the Orthopaedics department. She was promoted to the position of LPN Team Leader in 2019, and has excelled at assisting various departments in their day-to-day operations, as well as aiding the Clinical Director and Clinical Coordinator with various management responsibilities.
As PEER Award winner, Danielle received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot and a gift certificate from the Medical Spa at Watson Clinic LLP to acknowledge her contributions to the organization.
