Watson Clinic recognizes one outstanding team member every month as part of their Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award. The PEER Award is given to a team member who best exemplifies the patient-focused customer service standards that Watson Clinic strives to excel at every day. The following team member was recognized for this current month:

Chrystal Bourque - February
Chrystal Bourque, a licensed practical nurse who serves patients of board-certified Internal Medicine specialist Dr. Stephen Swengros at Watson Clinic Highlands, was recently named the recipient of the PEER award for the month of February. Chrystal has been with Watson Clinic for over six years. She’s known for taking the lead to get things done, offering great support to her colleagues, and providing a truly empathetic atmosphere for patients where they feel appreciated and understood.

As PEER Award winner, Chrystal received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot and a gift certificate to the Medical Spa at Watson Clinic.
