Watson Clinic recognizes one outstanding team member every month as part of their Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award. The PEER Award is given to a team member who best exemplifies the patient-focused customer service standards that Watson Clinic strives to excel at every day. The following team member was recognized for this current month:

Lorri Bolin - January
Lorri Bolin, RT, RM, a mammography technologist who works in Suite A of the Watson Clinic Women’s Center, was recently named the recipient of the PEER award for the month of January. Lorri makes every patient feel heard and valued, and she is an inspiration to her colleagues. Her calm and compassionate patient-focused approach truly reflects the values of Watson Clinic.

As PEER Award winner, Lorri received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot and a gift certificate to the Medical Spa at Watson Clinic.
