Watson Clinic recognizes one outstanding team member every month as part of their Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award. The PEER Award is given to a team member who best exemplifies the patient-focused customer service standards that Watson Clinic strives to excel at every day. The following team member was recognized for this current month:

Tempie Tillman - June
Tempie Tillman, LPN, a licensed practical nurse at the Watson Clinic Urgent Care South location in Lakeland, was recently named the recipient of the PEER award for the month of June. Tempie has been with the Clinic for nine years and is known for her positive attitude and consistently professional demeanor. She is always looking for ways to improve our service to patients and to help her fellow team members.

As PEER Award winner, Tempie received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot and a gift certificate to the Medical Spa at Watson Clinic.
