Watson Clinic recognizes one outstanding employee every month as part of their Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award. The PEER Award is given to an employee who best exemplifies the patient-focused customer service standards that Watson Clinic strives to excel at every day. The following employee was recognized for this current month:

Brenda Massey – March
Brenda Massey, a Patient Services Specialist in the Watson Clinic Highlands Pediatrics department, was recently named the recipient of the PEER award for the month of March. Brenda has been with Watson Clinic for 11 years, and previously served as the Patient Services Specialist at Watson Clinic Bartow and Watson Clinic Cancer & Research Center. She has been referred to as “a perfect ambassador” for the Clinic. She is always positive and professional and takes great care with each and every patient.

As PEER Award winner, Brenda received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot and a gift certificate from the Medical Spa at Watson Clinic.
