Watson Clinic recognizes one outstanding employee every month as part of their Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award. The PEER Award is given to an employee who best exemplifies the patient-focused customer service standards that Watson Clinic strives to excel at every day. The following employee was recognized for this current month:

Jolie Harris – May
Jolie Harris, the Team Lead at Watson Clinic Dermatology at Sun City Center, was recently named the recipient of the PEER award for the month of May. Jolie is a great team player who is very organized and professional even in the most stressful situations. She is always available to her co-workers and treats patients like members of her family.

As PEER Award winner, Jolie received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot and a gift certificate to a local spa in Sun City Center.
