Watson Clinic recognizes one outstanding team member every month as part of their Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award. The PEER Award is given to a team member who best exemplifies the patient-focused customer service standards that Watson Clinic strives to excel at every day. The following team member was recognized for this current month:
Wendy Gonzalez - November
Wendy Gonzalez, a recruiter in the Watson Clinic Human Resources department, was recently named the recipient of the PEER award for the month of November. Wendy has been with the Clinic for 17 years. She is admired for her positive attitude, professional manner, and for never hesitating to step in and help when needed. She is usually the first person candidates and new hires interact with, and she is an exceptional representative of Watson Clinic.
As PEER Award winner, Wendy received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot and a gift certificate to the Medical Spa at Watson Clinic.
