Watson Clinic recognizes one outstanding employee every month as part of their Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award. The PEER Award is given to an employee who best exemplifies the patient-focused customer service standards that Watson Clinic strives to excel at every day. The following employee was recognized for this current month:

Carmela Wilke - October
Carmela Wilke, a medical assistant who serves patients of board-certified dermatologist Dr. Pamela Sakalosky at the Watson Clinic Bella Vista Building, was recently named the recipient of the Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award for the month of October. Carmela has been with Watson Clinic for 24 years, and is praised by her co-workers as professional, knowledgeable and organized. Her patients appreciate her kind and caring interactions and how she always goes out of her way to assist them.

As PEER Award winner, Carmela received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot and a gift certificate from the Medical Spa at Watson Clinic LLP to acknowledge her contributions to the organization.
