Watson Clinic recognizes one outstanding team member every month as part of their Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award. The PEER Award is given to a team member who best exemplifies the patient-focused customer service standards that Watson Clinic strives to excel at every day. The following team member was recognized for this current month:
Cindy Szczesny - September
Cindy Szczesny, a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the Nuclear Medicine department at Watson Clinic Main in Lakeland, was recently named the recipient of the PEER award for the month of September. Cindy celebrates her 20th anniversary with the Clinic this month. Cindy is known for delivering enthusiastic and compassionate patient care, and for being a role model who stays up to date on the newest technologies in her field.
As PEER Award winner, Cindy received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot and a gift certificate to the Medical Spa at Watson Clinic.
