Watson Clinic is pleased to host an upcoming event designed to raise funds for the March of Dimes organization, and their mission to fight for the health of all mothers and their babies.
On Friday, April 22 from 10 am – 2 pm, the parking lot of Watson Clinic Main at 1600 Lakeland Hills Blvd. in Lakeland will be transformed into a fairground of food and activities for the entire family. Attendees can enjoy hot dogs, popcorn, drinks and desserts, t-shirt sales, face painting, and several raffle drawings for valuable prizes. This event is open to the community, and all proceeds from sales will go to the March of Dimes.
This event will serve as a prelude to the March of Dimes annual March for Babies walk, which takes place the following week on Saturday, April 30 starting at 9 am from Lake Hollingsworth in Lakeland. Watson Clinic is a proud sponsor of the walk, and members of the Clinic are participating in the event as a team to raise additional funds for the cause.
“For many years, Watson Clinic has been proud to support the March of Dimes organization, particularly their annual March for Babies centerpiece fundraising event,” said Watson Clinic Team Chair, Rebecca Pacatte. “That’s why the Clinic has decided to go the extra mile and offer extra support by hosting our own kick-off event. We hope members of our community can stop by and enjoy some great food and activities, all while contributing to a worthy cause.”
