Certified physician assistant Chalsey Lockhart, PA serves patients of board-certified Internal Medicine specialist Agustin Tavares, MD from the Watson Clinic South facility at 1033 N. Parkway Frontage Rd. in Lakeland. Ms. Lockhart earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, FL. She is a member of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, and a certified member of the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
