Watson Clinic is pleased to welcome the latest additions to their teams of expert physicians and medical providers.

Jimmy G. Garas, MD, MBA is a board-certified Watson Clinic Anesthesiologist who treats patients from Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center and Lakeland Surgical & Diagnostic Center. Dr. Garas received his Master of Business Administration degree and medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC. He completed a surgical internship at Louisiana State University in New Orleans, LA, as well as residencies in Anesthesiology at Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans, LA, and the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL.

Physician assistant Bhumika Patel, PA works alongside board-certified Internal Medicine physician Manish Parekh, MD from our Watson Clinic Plant City facility at 615 E. Alexander St. in Plant City. Ms. Patel earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL, and her Master of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies degree from Nova Southeastern University in Jacksonville, FL. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
