Watson Clinic is pleased to welcome the latest addition to their team of expert OB-GYN specialists. OB-GYN hospitalist Shawn T. Simpson, DO is a Watson Clinic physician who only treats patients at Lakeland Regional Health at 1324 Lakeland Hills Blvd. in Lakeland. Hospitalists are not available for in-office appointments as they work exclusively in hospital settings.

Dr. Simpson received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He completed his internship and residency in Obstetrics/Gynecology at St. Luke’s Hospital in Bethlehem, PA. He is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Prior to his arrival at Watson Clinic, Dr. Simpson served as a staff physician and full-time OB-GYN faculty instructor at Winnie Palmer Hospital in Orlando, FL, one of the most experienced labor and delivery units in the country.
