Ms. Cooper received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL, and her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Florida Southern College in Lakeland. FL. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of the Polk County Advanced Practice Nurses Association.

Ms. Dellenger has over 10 years of experience working in a cardiothoracic intensive care unit. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL, where she also earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Acute Care Nurse Practitioner degree. She is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Ms. Ontiveros received her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. She is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
